    @toshanshuinLA I know for ondemand stuff for Comcast, sling, etc... they stopped allowing pause, rewind, fast forward on most content for I’m assuming advertising purposes, but like I’m paying for this specific service, I should have that option. Just ******* dumb

    @jkeats I mean if I am paying for a service I would expect to pause even a live feed. I know they don’t allow pausing, fast forward, rewind for on demand content for Comcast, sling, etc... assuming for advertising purposes (which is bullshit) but like I’m paying for this

    I dislike know-it-all interns. He wants me to reset the @comcast business modem because HIS computer is slow. Hint: it’s being throttled by the @untangle_inc firewall because interns don’t need gigabit speed. The broadcast servers DO. 😛

    @comcastcares Nothing but issues. Latest is one box isn’t working, spent an hour on the phone w/ Xfinity trying to fix it remotely, they tell me to wait an hour and if it’s still frozen to call back and schedule an appointment. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service.

    Hey @comcastcares since I have been LIED to me multiple times, my home damaged, promised to have a supervisor come out who never showed and have yet to receive a call back from management, time for me to spread the word on how awful you are on social media.

    Was told by an Xfinity associate that an error in their system caused my service plan to change. Now they’re trying to tell me that I had a 3 year agreement instead of a 2 year & that there was no error. If that’s true than they’re lying to their customers #badcustomerservice

    @Joelz_slime Yea you can just keep your internet with xfinity or grab another internet service, internet would be like 40 a month so if you get the same package I got, you only be paying like 95 a month for cable and internet

    @comcastcares At this point, I am going back to the @FTC as I recently won a dispute about magical increases in my monthly bills which I had no interruptions then. After the dispute at the end of April, I have had 4 outages to this day already. Ill go through them as they get **** done.

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    Also @Xfinity why do I have to do the work to get credit from YOUR OUTAGE you should already put it on the bill, how many customers do you scam everyday because they don’t know they have to apply or ask for it. Also it’s almost 12 hours since my internet went down.

    @TheGeorgePu It's because they're offering cut-rate subscriptions through media and network companies like Rumble, Bell Canada, PayPal, Comcast, Samsung, etc. "for free". AI-as-a-Service is a money-losing endeavour. In 5 years or less they'll be bankrupt.
