I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.

Now they’re trying to tell me that I had a 3 year agreement instead of a 2 year & that there was no error. If that’s true than they’re lying to their customers #badcustomerservice

As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year.
