I went to the @Comcast store in Homewood, Il to cancel my tv services, but Melanie assured me that she would do her best to fix my problem, and did so.

Not a day goes by we do not exp a problem with internet & TV. We are sick and tired of shutting it down, resetting it, calling problem in, & waiting for it to come up. Just sick of it

Tech left and the new phone did not connect to the apt buzzer system. On phone for 1 hr w/a very rude cust srvc hung up on the 87yo! This longtime customer deserves better! @cbschicago
