    Was told by an Xfinity associate that an error in their system caused my service plan to change. Now they’re trying to tell me that I had a 3 year agreement instead of a 2 year & that there was no error. If that’s true than they’re lying to their customers #badcustomerservice

    @Xfinity i love paying for wifi and cable but the wifi is always not working or being the worst. you guys are the worst and id recommend never getting comcast ever again. pathetic

    .@Uverse dropping NFL Network & NFL Redzone is gonna cost them. I don’t care if DirectTv has it. Gonna have to seriously consider switching to Xfinity.

    @jkeats I mean if I am paying for a service I would expect to pause even a live feed. I know they don’t allow pausing, fast forward, rewind for on demand content for Comcast, sling, etc... assuming for advertising purposes (which is bullshit) but like I’m paying for this

    @MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Verizon wireless is xfinity which is my internet service and I finally got my issue resolved by filing a complaint with the FTC. I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.

    @comcastcares Nothing but issues. Latest is one box isn’t working, spent an hour on the phone w/ Xfinity trying to fix it remotely, they tell me to wait an hour and if it’s still frozen to call back and schedule an appointment. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service.

    @__Trap___ Oh ok,I see. I just bundled everything with xFinity because I thought that’s how you had to use the internet at home. I wasn’t trying to use my phone for the internet connection/wi-fi and then using a non-cable connection to watch tv lag.That’s Amazon Prime problem now w/Football

    @Xfinity I really wish I could get one of your "engineers" to call me. Customer service has nearly zero idea what they are talking about. I pay $120 a month for a 1gbps cable line and I've uploaded 30 days of pingplotter to show you guys what's wrong, yet I get no response.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
