Latest is one box isn’t working, spent an hour on the phone w/ Xfinity trying to fix it remotely, they tell me to wait an hour and if it’s still frozen to call back and schedule an appointment. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service.

As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year.

I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.

The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.
