    Was told by @comcastcares to leave my tv on for an hour to see if new signal would fix the box then they would call. More than 2 hours later, nada from them. Moral of the story @comcastcares doesn’t.

    @comcastcares Look, yall charged me $70 for an in-home visit. The guy that came didn’t touch anything and literally told me there was nothing he can do to fix it. At this point I feel like yall are trying to rob me every chance yall get.

    Had a dream that I was watching the @fromthe108 Festivus show (yes, weird, don’t ask.) The show started delayed due to tech issues and internet problems and the first grievance aired was towards @Xfinity internet.

    So @xfinity wants to charge $70 for a tech to come out when it’s their internet that won’t work for a self install.... YAH THAT MAKES SENSE. Looks like you won’t be gaining a customer xfinity.

    @comcastcares Better keep this post - after 6 phone calls, hardware and billing changes, and one stellar service agent visit - just saved myself $340 a month off our bill! Aside from the automated phone system being horrendous - you have one very happy Comcast customer! 4thewin

    @Xfinity is it that ******* hard to have the WiFi work for an entire day? Maybe I’m being too demanding but I don’t think I pay for 17 hours of internet a day. I pay for constant service. The last thing I want to do at this hour of night is connect to my personal hotspot.

    Good gawd dealing with @Xfinity customer service is frustrating and friggin’ exhausting. Their chat is worthless, only printing out scripted saccharine replies, and their automated system would drive the most sane person insane. Why would you put your customers through this?

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.
