    @comcastcares At this point, I am going back to the @FTC as I recently won a dispute about magical increases in my monthly bills which I had no interruptions then. After the dispute at the end of April, I have had 4 outages to this day already. Ill go through them as they get **** done.

    @comcastcares 11 calls this week to your company/total of 10 hours; majority of them dropped/rotting on hold! Worst service EVER and I'm a customer since 1999! Supervisor LIED to me! I've spent a fortune with your company only to be treated this way??? #reallypissed

    So @xfinity wants to charge $70 for a tech to come out when it’s their initeret that won’t work for a self install.... YAH THAT MAKES SENSE. Looks like you won’t be gaining a customer xfinity.

    @Xfinity is it that ******* hard to have the WiFi work for an entire day? Maybe I’m being too demanding but I don’t think I pay for 17 hours of internet a day. I pay for constant service. The last thing I want to do at this hour of night is connect to my personal hotspot.

    .@GetSpectrum it’s really absurdly annoying to call and cancel services and explain (and prove) to the “customer service rep” that I’ve moved across the country MULTIPLE TIMES out of your service area and STILL be pressured into staying with Spectrum. You’re worse than Xfinity!

    @MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Wait you pay for a fiber optic 1gb internet service? As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year.

    Good gawd dealing with @Xfinity customer service is frustrating and friggin’ exhausting. Their chat is worthless, only printing out scripted saccharine replies, and their automated system would drive the most sane person insane. Why would you put your customers through this?

    @comcastcares Look, yall charged me $70 for an in-home visit. The guy that came didn’t touch anything and literally told me there was nothing he can do to fix it. At this point I feel like yall are trying to rob me every chance yall get.

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
