    So @comcast, you have a rep come out to work on outside line, knock internet out, and he takes off. Doesn't fix it and now no internet service. You should probably delete your Comcast Cares handle because obviously you don't. #ATT

    Haha, right on que, @Xfinity is out again for no reason. I have the most problems with getting a stable internet connection that doesn’t go out every week

    @comcast Thank you for the quick response. Several people on my team have reported problems. Not sure if it’s related to the kids going back to school. However; none of the pointers listed apply. I’ve restarted my router and computer 3 times.

    @comcast @comcastcares Is the worst Internet provider from a service and support standard. 23 days out of 30 we had crap service. Over 5 outages in a month. I added a business line hoping for better service and after 7 days on the plan, another outage today. 😡

    @Xfinity there has been so many problems with MLB Extra Innings this year it’s not even funny. I’m about to ask for my money back and just get the full season of @MLBTV . All other channels have been fine.

    When you give a @comcastcares rep a difficult problem and the keep you on hold hoping you’ll hang up! Hey Comcast my 74-y/r Father-in-law needs his password reset and doesn’t have internet as a validation method. Which by the way is really not a good 2nd factor.

    I don’t know if this is an @Xfinity issue or a @BravoTV issue. When I click on Real housewives of Atlanta episode 3 (last nights) it’s not Atlanta it plays Orange County, and a very old episode.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
