I went to the @Comcast store in Homewood, Il to cancel my tv services, but Melanie assured me that she would do her best to fix my problem, and did so.

Tech left and the new phone did not connect to the apt buzzer system. On phone for 1 hr w/a very rude cust srvc hung up on the 87yo! This longtime customer deserves better! @cbschicago

This is one reason why I will no longer give Xfinity my money and will tell everyone I know how shitty this is!
