    I need a new internet provider. I’m sick and ******* tired of dealing with @comcast . I worked for them for 2 years and had no issues and spoke so highly of them and now for the past 3 locations I’ve lived I’ve had internet issues for MONTHS on end.

    @Xfinity So not happy with my "TV to Go" on your app!! I pay over $200 per month but can't watch #CBS, #ABC or @nflnetwork . #xfinity tells me I need to be in my home! Wth, dont need it at home! Need it on the go! Getting sick of this! I travel for a living! This is not working!

    😩 scheduled to do a virtual class in 1 hr 45 minutes and internet service is out due to the storm that BLEW through Chicagoland last evening! @comcast @Xfinity come through. Have power but no connection. (Sounds like a message in there somewhere). 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    @comcastcares really bad service to your elderly customers moving #TCM from basic package to a higher tier. You know the demo for that channel is older people on fixed incomes. I will be moving my parents to another provider.

    @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport by far has one of the worst internet service known to man. How am I suppose to work when the internet goes out for one reason or another? If I could switch, I promise I would.

    @comcast thanks Melanie Wynn, a RSC who solved a problem for me that could have easily gotten out of hand. I went to the @Comcast store in Homewood, Il to cancel my tv services, but Melanie assured me that she would do her best to fix my problem, and did so.

    @comcastcares W/a senior citizen, 87 yo, who had a new phone installed. Tech left and the new phone did not connect to the apt buzzer system. On phone for 1 hr w/a very rude cust srvc hung up on the 87yo! This longtime customer deserves better! @cbschicago

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
