    @comcast thanks Melanie Wynn, a RSC who solved a problem for me that could have easily gotten out of hand. I went to the @Comcast store in Homewood, Il to cancel my tv services, but Melanie assured me that she would do her best to fix my problem, and did so.

    @Cubs @WContreras40 Ahhh that's awesome, I love having @Xfinity they told me they were giving to have an all Cubs network...and I guess they kind of do if you count watching highlights on Twitter watching the WHOLE @Cubs GAME...If Comcast/Xfinity don't get the network I'm switching my provider

    Once again, @Xfinity, your service disappoints. No TV or internet connection and the soonest you can get a technician is Monday at 8 AM (we do work, you know). So, our weekend is shot. Would have switched to @ATT but we’re not in the footprint! 😖

    I dislike know-it-all interns. He wants me to reset the @comcast business modem because HIS computer is slow. Hint: it’s being throttled by the @untangle_inc firewall because interns don’t need gigabit speed. The broadcast servers DO. 😛

    @xfinitymobile 7 phone calls to @xfinitymobile yesterday only to be disconnected after 2 hours and 28 minutes and never get a return phone call!! This is one reason why I will no longer give Xfinity my money and will tell everyone I know how shitty this is!

    I don’t know if this is an @Xfinity issue or a @BravoTV issue. When I click on Real housewives of Atlanta episode 3 (last nights) it’s not Atlanta it plays Orange County, and a very old episode.

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
