    @comcast are an absolute joke. Your tech comes out, says he can’t install our internet, your company admitted he was wrong and now you’re saying we can’t get an appointment until the 14th when I’ve told you multiple times we need internet for work by Monday. FIX THIS NOW.

    @comcastcares my family upgraded to X1 in August. Since then we’ve had pixilation issues. You have sent 5 techs to my home none of whom have resolved the issue. Yesterday your tech arrived 2.5 hours late and did not have a work order. Needless to say we still have the issue.

    @comcast your customer service is absolutely dreadful. I have persistent service interruptions & I get no resolution at all. But my bill seems to keep going up. Looking for an alternative service.

    Hey @comcastcares thanks for demonstrating that when you’re a big monopolizing company, you don’t need to offer good service or repairs. Only thing done fast is the payment withdrawals. Must be nice to not have to worry about losing customers. Just happened again.

    @JLL_live @PWSullivan @MLBNetwork As a comcast customer I relied on their Programming. Somehow Channel 2 showed Dr. Phil! It took some Maneuvering to get MLB. The Game did disappear for awhile & needed to turn again!

    @Xfinity No point. According to you guys my service is fine. Can't even get a pod thats supposed to come free with my xfi complete cause you guys say everything works fine yet devices keep dropping. Do better.

    @comcastcares @Xfinity @comcast I’m so done with you! Can’t get anyone that knows what they’re doing. Been told that service is upgraded since 5/26 but it’s not. Appointments cancelled for no reason. Horrible all around!

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
