Called customer service multiple times this week to report and they were to call me back but never happened. Customer Service is non-existent. Want this cable raised!

Internet speed went down, appointments for equipment cancelled and no help! Waiting for my 10-12 appointment today and no one showed up! First call to customer service today they hung up!

Additionally, he blocks Caller ID with Restricted, Unavailable, etc. So I can't block him. If it was my choice, I'd move Mr. Kenner's service 2 DISH. Phooey!
