Wasted 5+ hours between calls and chat on app. Incompetence, disconnected calls, terrible AI in the chat and simply agents who are not knowledgeable and don’t care. You have sent 5 techs to my home none of whom have resolved the issue. Yesterday your tech arrived 2.5 hours late and did not have a work order. Needless to say we still have the issue.
