Additionally, he blocks Caller ID with Restricted, Unavailable, etc. So I can't block him. If it was my choice, I'd move Mr. Kenner's service 2 DISH. Phooey!

Which means this Black Senior has connection issues @comcast CAUSED! They put me on hold for 2+hrs & counting. We have no ph, no Net, & no TV. I've talked to Travis, Jean, Ken.. Still on hold waiting for help.🤬

You have sent 5 techs to my home none of whom have resolved the issue. Yesterday your tech arrived 2.5 hours late and did not have a work order. Needless to say we still have the issue.
