You have sent 5 techs to my home none of whom have resolved the issue. Yesterday your tech arrived 2.5 hours late and did not have a work order. Needless to say we still have the issue.

Only thing done fast is the payment withdrawals. Must be nice to not have to worry about losing customers. Just happened again.
