    Not happy with @comcast today, service out 12h now with no explanation and a restoration time they've already missed. Modem has both US and DS, the problem is not physical connectivity

    @procm2 @WatchMarquee @JCurrireJr @Cubs I agree with you there Comcast is a rip off. But I’ve had a AT&T, didn’t care for them. And dish just sucks, so I’m gonna find a different way somehow, welcoming suggestions.

    @comcast It’s been 5 hours since a tech was originally scheduled to shop up to fix my issue. I have been waiting since 8 am, it is now 12:50 pm. I’ve been in contact and have been mislead twice now.

    @Xfinity @Xfinity and now the bill is still the Same no savings and I’ve lost major channels.. I want a merry Christmas but Every Year @Xfinity gives us problems from bad cable boxes constantly to Bad Representative who are all the way in a third world country God bless them but the VOIP

    @Cubs @WatchMarquee I can’t I have Comcast get the deal done with Marquee. I’m looking into canceling my Comcast subscription and subscribing to Hulu live TV and save money along the way. I don’t need 100 stupid cooking channels.

    @Xfinity why is it so difficult to get help from @ComcastILLINOIS, pay for 1 Gig and get 512 down...issues with the signal to the modem. Now I’m arguing to get an appt scheduled...what a complete joke, time to get rid of this garbage

    @comcast Yes, the app show an outage. It also says the TV is out but TV has been up since our power was restored so I don't find that all that useful. I'm watching our modem receive ipv6 neighbor announcements, so the docsis PHY is up.

    @Xfinity their communication skills between the customer service employees from what I the customer communicates about my problems and account always gets lost and they do Nothing . But that bill comes directly and Like The Mob they will shut your service off for $2 #notfair

    @Xfinity How can my holiday be happy when @Xfinity Customer Service calls my phone and offers me “Save Money” it’s Xmas I have 5 kids and I need the service I Pay YAL Faithfully for. I’m heartbroken and it’s not fair not only am I not saving money We lost major channels

    @Xfinity I really wish I could get one of your "engineers" to call me. Customer service has nearly zero idea what they are talking about. I pay $120 a month for a 1gbps cable line and I've uploaded 30 days of pingplotter to show you guys what's wrong, yet I get no response.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
