    @KrisRocco2 @Xfinity I am in the same🚤 5yeat Customer we are pay faithfully and they have reps that call and offer Lies and Misinformation. Then when you call CUSTOMER Service they send you all over and totally miscommunicate between each other thereby continuing the Bad Service

    @Xfinity their communication skills between the customer service employees from what I the customer communicates about my problems and account always gets lost and they do Nothing . But that bill comes directly and Like The Mob they will shut your service off for $2 #notfair

    @BellaSFnative I always check for an outage before doing any other troubleshooting. Nine times out of ten it's Comcast's fault.

    @Xfinity I’ve already spent over 45 minutes chatting and talking to three different ‘support specialists’ who could do nothing about the fact that you billed me for unused services rather than prorating my current bill. I’m not wasting any more of my time with XFinity today. #dobetter

    Goold Ol' @comcast living up to its expected crappy techs. Tech came today amd told me my bluetooth speaker was causing interference. Never had a problem until 4 days ago amd the call center told me there was trouble on the line. Yeah what a load of crap.

    @comcastcares can someone please help me out here. The rep was useless. Someone bought an Xfinity wifi pass with my account and credit card. I have their Mac address but I want credit and to know who it is.

    @Xfinity is down yet again! No TV, no internet. Ugh, I really wish I could switch to AT&T for both TV & internet, but AT&T's wiring in my building got messed up somehow a few years ago when I had U-Verse, & when I tried getting AT&T TV installed last year...

    @Xfinity why is it so difficult to get help from @ComcastILLINOIS, pay for 1 Gig and get 512 down...issues with the signal to the modem. Now I’m arguing to get an appt scheduled...what a complete joke, time to get rid of this garbage

    Comcast tech told me my DOCSIS 3.1 modem wasnt compatible with my service. Inhave a 100mbps service. @comcastcares can you explain that one?

    Not happy with @comcast today, service out 12h now with no explanation and a restoration time they've already missed. Modem has both US and DS, the problem is not physical connectivity

    Whew! Grateful I am able to get a month of @SlingTele, with no contracts and the ability to cancel at anytime, so I can watch #WorldJuniors on @NHLNetwork! I don’t have to pay @Xfinity an additional $40, on top of what I already pay them, just to get one channel! #TeamUSA 🇺🇸

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
