    @Flewdog @bobbyhuey I went to ROKU and Spectrum internet. They made me look elsewhere and I did. Uverse no more. I dont care what deal they offered. They didnt offer to put NFL Network back on. They’re slow anyway. Im paying less for more.

    Hey @GetSpectrum, @GoKineticHome has created a real problem for me. My wife and I work from home and they scheduled an install with me that they couldn’t do because their network wasn’t run yet. Major failure on their part but could be a win for you guys.

    Bustin my **** ALL DAMN DAY 7am to now, sit down to enjoy these ‘rogies and watch some tv and my @GetSpectrum service is in and out for no reason. Two Hundo a month and I’ve reached my breaking point. Tomorrow, we cut ties.

    Love sitting on hold with @GetSpectrum because they can’t get my modem working at my new place. I call to switch it to my new house and they tell me the house had service and I can just move the equipment over and it’s all good. Haha nope. Glad I didn’t switch my cell phone over

    @StrikeSpectrum @Danielle_Serino @Ask_Spectrum @wkyc @WFMY Danielle we have Spectrum, the other available service is WOW. Have cable/internet/phone, $156 a month. Had to bundle to get best rate. We don't use the phone, have cell phones but still pay $10 a month. Drop the phone, bill goes up $80! They got you coming and going.

    @GetSpectrum new customer here, tech was supposed to be out between 11am and 12pm. It’s now 4:40 pm and nothing. I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

    @Ask_Spectrum I had a support chat where the agent interrupted me, ignored my schedule, created an appointment without consent, and refused multiple requests to escalate to a supervisor. I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

    @Ask_Spectrum, for the last 2 weeks Marshalls does not show up when it's supposed to. Today, it's 60 minutes, but the menu says Marshalls. Please fix it.

    @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!

    @GetSpectrum how is your tech going to ring the INTERNET connected doorbell and expect us to answer the door when we called the tech to fix an INTERNET connectivity issue? Like come on? Then you force me to reschedule for ANOTHER 3 days out? We had people waiting for this fix!

    @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum .@GetSpectrum is a professional liability. After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

I'm currently decently happy with Spectrum service here and not personally complaining, mainly because we don't use your ****** routers and I have full control over my local network. It's just funny
