    @GetSpectrum your customer service reps are wonderful to work with but I swear your service is about to get dropped. It's been a week of me having connection issues to the point of all the internal cables being replaced, a brand new modem and I still can't get stable internet

    Wont be streaming for a while since @GetSpectrum would not offer any type of extensions due to the pandemic, also kind of hard to pay when Ohio has not paid unemployment since last week in December, also would not give me a bill credit with partial service since mid November

    @StrikeSpectrum @Danielle_Serino @Ask_Spectrum @wkyc @WFMY Danielle we have Spectrum, the other available service is WOW. Have cable/internet/phone, $156 a month. Had to bundle to get best rate. We don't use the phone, have cell phones but still pay $10 a month. Drop the phone, bill goes up $80! They got you coming and going.

    Looks like it’s the @nflnetwork whose to blame for not airing the @steelers game as advertised. At least @Ask_Spectrum had the decency to explain the issue. Thank you @Ask_Spectrum I will continue to be a loyal customer.

    @Ask_Spectrum I wanted to sign up for your mobile service but was very disappointed to find out that you don't support the best most secure Android phones, only Samsung. Maybe next time.

    @Stiwald216 @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum I cancelled service and disconnected in January. Received a bill for services February-March. “Conveniently” they have no record of me firing them.

    Bustin my **** ALL DAMN DAY 7am to now, sit down to enjoy these ‘rogies and watch some tv and my @GetSpectrum service is in and out for no reason. Two Hundo a month and I’ve reached my breaking point. Tomorrow, we cut ties.

    @Ask_Spectrum @Ask_Spectrum as a whole the company is a joke and this is something that's been happening for years even before I moved. It was every weekend for an hour or two we would lose service, we wouldn't know when it would get cut but it just happened.

    @Ask_Spectrum Less than 20 hours later, internet service is gone again. Apologies are just excuses when you need to work but you can’t because the internet services company don’t give a **** about his service. If you don’t care your customers I do with mines. It just sucks.
