    @Ask_Spectrum Why does your "Lisa from Spectrum" robocall keep calling four or five times a day from spoofed telephone numbers? I am not your customer and I am on the Do Not Call list.

    @Flewdog @bobbyhuey I went to ROKU and Spectrum internet. They made me look elsewhere and I did. Uverse no more. I dont care what deal they offered. They didnt offer to put NFL Network back on. They’re slow anyway. Im paying less for more.

    Love sitting on hold with @GetSpectrum because they can’t get my modem working at my new place. I call to switch it to my new house and they tell me the house had service and I can just move the equipment over and it’s all good. Haha nope. Glad I didn’t switch my cell phone over

    @Ask_Spectrum I know that there is a service issue. The internet has been losing packets for 2 days straight. Almost impossible to use

    @GetSpectrum Well I don’t have that opportunity to DM it won’t allow. I live in Lawrenceville and none of the agents were able to help. They provided a $4 credit but that’s nothing when I have work to do and can’t in my home

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum The service is finally back, but that doesn't fix the 7+ hours wasted or the 5 high-stakes calls your "fix" jeopardized. A $6 credit for that level of disruption is a joke. Is that really how you value a professional's time?

    @Ask_Spectrum I don't know how to do private messaging, but this space works fine for me. We can converse here if that's alright. I can provide screenshots here as well. If that doesn't work we might be able to use alternative communication avenues

    @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!
