    @CenturyLink provides decent internet service but holy hell. it’s been an hour and i’m still jumping through digital/virtual hoops in order to speak with a live, human representative. like, you could not be more inaccessible if you tried.

    @centurylink it shouldn’t take 300+ calls and repeated visits by technicians to tell me you don’t know how to connect 100mb service that I’m being charged for still.

    Outage Update — Seems like the @CenturyLink outage has been cleared but I still have no internet. Tech is scheduled to come tomorrow. So that will be 48hrs without internet. I really can’t make any of this up.

    @quantumfiber just got switched from CenturyLink to Quantum and my Internet is down. Nobody to contact for support. CenturyLink says it is not there problem. No outage indicated. I knew the switch wasn’t going to be seamless. Now I hear from CenturyLink I may need new hardware!

    @lumentechco aka @CenturyLink and @quantumfiber excel in bad customer service. Email to my client says: "Beginning in October 2025, your CenturyLink internet service will be upgraded to Quantum Fiber . . . " Part of the "upgrade" is this: "If you have a value-added service, it will be removed from your account before your internet service moves to Quantum Fiber. Value-added services include Static IP, Personal TechPro, and Inside Wire Protection." Yea, right, removing Static IP etc is an upgrade? Liars.
