    So apparently it’s the policy of @ATT during a global pandemic and during shelter in place to force customers to go into their stores to make changes to their accounts. That being the case, I look forward to cancelling @DIRECTV along with my 4 lines of @ATT service.

    I’ve been with @VerizonSupport so much. I been with them since September. I should’ve stayed my *** with @TMobile or went back to @ATT cuz Verizon sucks for truckers. T-mobile never gave me this many issues in the 6 years i was with them. Shame on Verizon

    @ItsOnATT, I currently get WatchTV for free with my cell plan. I heard that you will be eliminating this service. Is this true? If so, will we be offered something else in its place, like the same channels through. @ATT TV?

    As soon as I pay off my phone, I’m canceling @ATT. I’ve had them since I was 12, but ever since I moved to the Inland Empire in CA 6 months ago, I’ve had the worst service/signal.

    Been all over the world roaming on @ATT but 40 miles from my house in Ontario, CA I have zero service near the Ontario Mills mall. Was like this a few weeks ago. Camped out in Sbux for two hours for WiFi. At the Anuel AA show 7-11pm. I’m still alive. Just no cell service.

    @robmille @DIRECTV @espn @ATT @ATTHelp @DIRECTVService WTF. I don’t think they care anymore. I was going to cancel in the middle of my contract and they were cool with it. But the fee was still high so I’ll wait but now I think I’ll cancel sooner.

    I think after more than 20yrs of having @ATT is time to cut it off this is the 5th time no service this company really sucks now time to change for someone who cares about customer service @TMobile , @verizon or @sprint or probably even @MetroPCS would work better 🤔

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    It’s amazing how much garbage @amazon sells. Bought a new iPad. I’m on my fourth case and almost $150 in wasted purchases I’ve had to return. I despise this ******* company but stores don’t even sell **** anymore. Even @att store was useless and I bought it from them.

    @ATTHelp Thank you. But, just finally got through to service rep with the 2020 AT&T 800 service number. Have finally got the rural road junction box problem reported. Was told 24 to 48 hours. Just hope not much rain gets in the road junction box until then. 🤞🤞🤞

    So @att sells me an iPad, and I can’t even buy the case from them. . And the ATT store guy tells me they only sell the older cases. They don’t even sell new ones. ATT is a **** company
