    Thanks to Alex at @ATTHelp for trying to find my ordered #iPhoneSE . It is apparently sitting in a warehouse, waiting to be shipped. But the status of the order IS shipped. No tracking number. And poor Alex has no way of contacting the warehouse to find out what's going on 😞

    I think after more than 20yrs of having @ATT is time to cut it off this is the 5th time no service this company really sucks now time to change for someone who cares about customer service @TMobile , @verizon or @sprint or probably even @MetroPCS would work better πŸ€”

    So apparently it’s the policy of @ATT during a global pandemic and during shelter in place to force customers to go into their stores to make changes to their accounts. That being the case, I look forward to cancelling @DIRECTV along with my 4 lines of @ATT service.

    As soon as I pay off my phone, I’m canceling @ATT. I’ve had them since I was 12, but ever since I moved to the Inland Empire in CA 6 months ago, I’ve had the worst service/signal.

    @RichLightShed @CordCuttersNews @ATT @YouTubeTV No. It more like a steaming version of directv. It’s not meant to be a cord cutting streaming service. It’s meant to be cable/satellite through internet.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
