Was like this a few weeks ago. Camped out in Sbux for two hours for WiFi. At the Anuel AA show 7-11pm. I’m still alive. Just no cell service.

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
