    I loved pride and seeing my favorite performers like CupCaKe, however its unacceptable to have zero @ATT coverage for the ENTIRE pride festival. I couldnโ€™t share any moments from the day and honestly why am I paying so much when I have these issues in other places as well.

    Itโ€™s embarrassing how bad @ATT wireless service is in Southern California. I can use it in the White Mountains of NH without incident.

    Been all over the world roaming on @ATT but 40 miles from my house in Ontario, CA I have zero service near the Ontario Mills mall. Was like this a few weeks ago. Camped out in Sbux for two hours for WiFi. At the Anuel AA show 7-11pm. Iโ€™m still alive. Just no cell service.

    Thanks to Alex at @ATTHelp for trying to find my ordered #iPhoneSE . It is apparently sitting in a warehouse, waiting to be shipped. But the status of the order IS shipped. No tracking number. And poor Alex has no way of contacting the warehouse to find out what's going on ๐Ÿ˜ž

    @ATT so far not so good on the claim @DIRECTV is #1 customer service, set up new service, tech came with the wrong equipment, couldnโ€™t modify the order even though he had the correct equip in his truck...suggested I cancel and resubscribe

    @CordCuttersNews @ATT What people need to realize is that this is not meant to be a cord cutting streaming service. This is meant to be a cable/satellite service through the internet. They arenโ€™t trying to directly compete YouTube, Sling, etc. theyโ€™re competing with local cable, Dish, FiOS, etc.

    So apparently itโ€™s the policy of @ATT during a global pandemic and during shelter in place to force customers to go into their stores to make changes to their accounts. That being the case, I look forward to cancelling @DIRECTV along with my 4 lines of @ATT service.

    I think after more than 20yrs of having @ATT is time to cut it off this is the 5th time no service this company really sucks now time to change for someone who cares about customer service @TMobile , @verizon or @sprint or probably even @MetroPCS would work better ๐Ÿค”

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February Iโ€™ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATT fix your service this is awful. Definitely switching to @Verizon or @TMobile when our contract is up. Consistently declining service year after year.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping โ€œitโ€ up.
