    @ATT why is service soooooo slow in the Denton/Corinth /Flower Mound area especially when trying to use a web browse?? I pay to much for it not to work not to mention there are no 5G towers here.

    @ATT #thief #fraud #crooks been on hold to get continuously transferred between departments, only to get disconnected. How do you transfer service to another address, but still get charged every month to your previous address? I need answers

    @ATTHelp hi there. Please help us. Our internet connection is mostly non-existent. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all, sometimes the speed is 3-4 MBps, rarely it gets up to 25. We’ve been longtime customers and all of our kids need the WiFi for school. Ive reset twice.

    Had an appointment for internet instillation at my house between 12-4 today. It is now almost 5 and they have not shown up. Have been on the phone for 57 min and the manager has the audacity to ask me if it is ok to call me back in 2 hours! What ******** @ATT!

    I am now on the 7th @ATT representative being transferred to the 8th representative. 1.5 hours in and zero resolution in sight. A genius in billing transferred me to technical support to now only go back to billing where I needed to be in the first place. This is ridiculous!

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over.     @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
