    I’m on full blown tilt. On phone with @ATT I shda went with anyone but them. Like legit no one speaks English. They sent internet but no one To set it up. It’s like going to restaurant and paying for food but they want you to cook it. This whole process is **** #CustomerService

    I hate making negative statements but @ATT is THE WORST when it comes to getting great customer service support! I trade two phones in and they cannot find my rebates! Disgusted after being transferred 4 times and explaining myself each time for over and hour! Horrible

    On December 20th, per an @ATT customer service supervisor, my account sale was stolen by an AT&T sales representative for the purpose of commission. It is January 31st, and I am still fighting with them about phones I DON'T have. It has been a nightmare, to say the least!

    Who wants to deal with @ATT after working a exhausting day only to find out that they have your new cell phones as a trade but don’t give you the monthly rebate SINCE JUNE 2022! WHO DOES THIS! I had to call month after month to get this fix! @TMobile please take me back!

    @ATT why your 5G is so poor on @Apple iPhone12Pro? With there <3 bars,data barely works and I need to turn on/off the airplane mode. I have to put LTE,Like in early days of 4G when u manually put 3G. Why don’t configure better your network?

    @ATTHelp I am a U-verse TV customer. On all my TVs, ESPN2 (ch. 1606) appears to be “jumpy” (maybe a lower refresh rate?). This is the only channel with this problem. What can I do to fix this? It’s very noticeable when watching live sports.

    @Selenerzzz @ATT Go to spectrum, I used to pay $50 for at&t at my moms place for 3 mbps and now I pay $20 with spectrum and I get 20 mbps. Plus wayyyyy better customer service!! 👌🏻

    @ATTHelp my Uverse services are all down...again. The past three times this has happened it has been an outage in my neighborhood, although you can never find evidence of an outage. FIX YOUR SERVICE.

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp @ATTHelp worst customer service…7 days without internet, 2 technicians sent out, several appointments cancelled without reason/communication! Waiting from 8-12 only to be told appt would have to be rescheduled. Clown show

    @ATT I keep entering my mother's number and try to pay my bill and keep saying the account is incorrect. this is the same account my mother has had for over 50 years I'm so sick of f****** AT&t and their problems with their bill payment app.
