Corporate America does this at scale and can detect and precisely diagnose issues before end users are often aware. Instead...you bounce your equipment repeatedly, wait on VRU.

This is the only channel with this problem. What can I do to fix this? It’s very noticeable when watching live sports.

Their solution is if you want the NFL network then we must switch to Dish and then bolt new hardware on our houses. Then during even the slightest storms our service will be suspect per every person with Dish I’ve talked to.
