Their solution is if you want the NFL network then we must switch to Dish and then bolt new hardware on our houses. Then during even the slightest storms our service will be suspect per every person with Dish I’ve talked to.

Both tv and internet. Suddenlink/altice (mine in a new subdivision with supposedly all new infrastructure) is as bad as spectrum/twc.

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
