Their solution is if you want the NFL network then we must switch to Dish and then bolt new hardware on our houses. Then during even the slightest storms our service will be suspect per every person with Dish I’ve talked to.

Both tv and internet. Suddenlink/altice (mine in a new subdivision with supposedly all new infrastructure) is as bad as spectrum/twc.

One of their techs explained the install process and gave me a mess of fiber cable to run thru my attic to where the modem will be. Spent the day in said attic running said cable. I am now ready for them to light it up. 1/4
