    Never met a company so great at giving you the run around than @ATT & @DIRECTV. If you owe them money, the right department contacts you. If THEY owe YOU money, absolutely no department knows who to talk to. If there were a prize for this, @ATT would get the largest trophy.

    @ATT lousy customer service. After 5 calls, all ending up in some other country. Why does your Offshore customer service REFUSE TO TRANSFER ME TO A U.S. REPRESENTATIVE? I refuse to give any info offshore. Hire U.S. folks, quit shoving us to cheap labor.6 calls back to back.STUPID

    With move day coming soon I’m glad I have the ability to choose my internet provider because @ATT and their crap customer service sucks. And I STILL never got my gift card. What a scam.

    @ATT @Uverse So frustrated. An hour with support and your inet disconnect multiple times. Major DNS issue. 76277 fix it or I am gone.

    I’m on full blown tilt. On phone with @ATT I shda went with anyone but them. Like legit no one speaks English. They sent internet but no one To set it up. It’s like going to restaurant and paying for food but they want you to cook it. This whole process is **** #CustomerService

    My @Uverse was out Wednesday-yesterday and I only got a credit of $11.56. I pay $130/month. Get home from work just now and I'm back on hold with tech support bc it's put again. I can't wait for a 0.43 credit for today!

    Any lawyers up for a lawsuit against @ATT? I've been through hell with these jerks due to internal account theft for the purposes of commission, & not one person within the company will help resolve the issue. They have their equipment plus trying to charge me $4grand. I'm done!

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
