    On December 20th, per an @ATT customer service supervisor, my account sale was stolen by an AT&T sales representative for the purpose of commission. It is January 31st, and I am still fighting with them about phones I DON'T have. It has been a nightmare, to say the least!

    @ATT Need to step it up in the customer svc. dept. 1 person working on a Sunday. Stood in store for 15 minutes. No acknowledgement what so ever. Not even a “be with you in a minute”. Finally left. 8700 Preston Rd #117

    I’m on full blown tilt. On phone with @ATT I shda went with anyone but them. Like legit no one speaks English. They sent internet but no one To set it up. It’s like going to restaurant and paying for food but they want you to cook it. This whole process is **** #CustomerService

    With move day coming soon I’m glad I have the ability to choose my internet provider because @ATT and their crap customer service sucks. And I STILL never got my gift card. What a scam.

    @ATTHelp @ATT Been w/ @DIRECTV since ‘89. Fri. got email, something was wrong w/credit card & needs2 B fixed by 3/11 or they’ll interrupt service. Mistakenly they turned it off last night. Called today & fixed card. Now say can’t turn service on until Mon.THESE PEOPLE R CROOKS!

    @AoDespair @HBO HBO .. the network that thinks F Bombs every 20 seconds in a script some how makes it good. Absurd. Everytime I subscribe & watch .. a few shows are well done but most are simply trash competing with trash. @ATT @WarnerMediaGrp

    @ATT is ridiculous! In the current environment where work from home is the only option, you guys have a 5.5 day wait to get my home internet online after a power outage! I guess I will just tell my customers, and my company to “please hold” until you have time to service yours!!

    I am now on the 7th @ATT representative being transferred to the 8th representative. 1.5 hours in and zero resolution in sight. A genius in billing transferred me to technical support to now only go back to billing where I needed to be in the first place. This is ridiculous!

    @DanPriceSeattle I resigned as a Director of Sales from @ATT several years ago based on this very culture. I quit a job people don’t quit. Then I wrote a blog post so the front line people remaining could read what the executives thought of them - expendable. It’s a bad Corp, led by bad people.

    @ATT the lack of customer service I’m receiving from 611 this evening is disappointing considering how much I pay you every month. Would hate to start looking for another cell phone provider tomorrow.

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @ATT @NASA Maybe be proud to support a simple iPhone app to manage your customer accounts. This maze of sales pitch and no info on how to navigate to my plan is useless. You guys failed on the app. Fix it and stop being so proud of all your other achievements

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.
