During our tornado outbreak, your service failed us at the worst time. And, yes we still had power. We change the channel and wait and wait and wait. I regret this move. Bet you hear me now.

GA Power was out yesterday and said it wasn't there issue, but was removing a limb on the same line because of so many calls about it. They were just being nice.

Also I have wifi at home and my Internet cuts off every 24 hours. I tried getting a new box but I can't pay a technician to just come and plug it in which would take like 15 mins
