    @ATT Less than 2 months into service internet & cable and regretting every moment. During our tornado outbreak, your service failed us at the worst time. And, yes we still had power. We change the channel and wait and wait and wait. I regret this move. Bet you hear me now.

    @NallsXD @ATT @GetSpectrum Cable internet only. They're phone services are provided by Verizon which have really gone down hill here over the last year or so.

    Ay @ATT tell me a little bit about your internet? @Ask_Spectrum never wants to fix the issue, repeats the same thing over and over, and it’s always something on my end. I’m over them and canceling my service. Let me know what ya got to offer!

    @ATT stupid asf. If I cancel autopay and pay myself. Why tf will y’all still try and charge me? Then a week later I get a notification I didn’t pay. And charged a late fee. “They can’t do nothing about.” ****. whoever creates all this **** is a *****.

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @ATT Day 3 without fiber Internet Zero urgency addressing the problem Missed entire weekend of @TheMasters, bummed Wondering how work from home will go today, thanks for disrupting my ability to work as well Might have to go back to trash service from Spectrum, at least it never went down for days
