    @ATTCares My Internet won't work. I have asked for help. I don't work for ATT and all of the work I have tried to do as coaches over the phone is crazy! I'm thinking about sending YOU a bill. You expect me to pay mine promptly and my Internet has not worked in 2 weeks! I called MANY times!

    @ATT Why was ANGIE just absolutely rude to me???? I have not been treated this bad by AT&T! Pretty badly, but not quite this bad. Ya’ll better get her! Customer service counts. Today, you failed. Anyone have suggestions on better quality service/better customer service????

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
