    @Windstream you are about the worst company to have for Internet and phone services I have ever had Since December in my home I have been without both many times since then. I have had to replace 4 routers, 1 modem since then And out now with no fix possibly until Tuesday

    @BrowningMachine The problem is that Windstream, er TierPoint, has a near monopoly on data centers. I've had an unhealthy hatred for them since a tech got the wrong rack for a delinquent customer and killed the connection to my rack. They actually physically disconnected both ISP cables.

    @JosephDMeade @GoKineticBiz @Windstream Like if u schedule someone who tells u they work from home two weeks out and then dont fix the issue and them just throw them om the backburner after assuring them theyd be able to work the next day i think should get some compensation. This isnt the first time ive demanded eithr

    Some advice to any of my fellow streamers in the southeast us aka georgia area do not I repeat do not use windstream net service for any reason the level of disrespect an lieing that goes on is beyond insane.

    @Windstream I went to sleep, and woke back up. Guess what? Connection is still out. @Windstream Two whole days without an internet connection. When we called today regarding the outage, no update was provided.

    @rectorsaur @Starlink Thats me too. I switched from terrible @Windstream that had 1/10 the speed and was down weekly 3 months ago. I dont care if it goes down for 2 hours every couple months, still worth it to an extreme hard to describe.

    @lindazwick1 @WindstreamPromo Windstream has been in decline in Northern New Mexico for over 5 years. Their telephone and ISP service is unreliable and not maintainable.
