Our Windstream is horrible, but they keep saying they don’t have high speed fiber internet in our area, so we have the slow dsl connection. Both our sons can’t even do schoolwork at the same time because the internet won’t handle it. But starlink too expensive.

I've had an unhealthy hatred for them since a tech got the wrong rack for a delinquent customer and killed the connection to my rack. They actually physically disconnected both ISP cables.

I canceled service 13 days into a billing period, charged the month at an incredibly high monthly rate $170/month 15mbps. They refuse to prorate the bill. Crooks! I now have Xfinity for $65/month &1100mbps

Ronald (@distortedron) reported@Windstream Unless the company had recently released a new router where all I need to do is click on the device, have a pull down with options of "Kick device and a block device" off network. Already there with the devices having their separate page listing everything about the device.
