    @JosephDMeade @GoKineticBiz @Windstream I am in the same issue. Internet service nowadays is very important. But every time they are down its a 2 week wait for a tech to show up. I have explicitly stated i work from home for an out of state company and need internet so i can work to pay the bills.

    Another Charleston area AT&T outage update: Windstream NOC reports that contractors are identifying shallow access points for 96 count and 864 count fiber cables. A separate fiber damage between Savannah and Hardeeville has affected only the 96-count cable. With part of the dig crew reassigned to address it. This incident has been escalated to the appropriate level of leadership within Windstream Communications.

    @KineticInternet @Windstream Why advertise fiber in our neighborhood if you intentionally stopped the line before the last 12 homes on our road in Valdosta? Fiber was run down our street, then abandoned — same neighborhood, same project. We were told “engineering didn’t run it,”

    Windstream Internet is the worse. I have reoccurring problems with their router. I get told that I have to wait 5 days before I can get a technician to come to my house. I end up having to fix my own problems. Now, when the router goes out, another 5 day wait.

    @Windstream phone service sucks…my sister has constant problems with their software and she can go days and suddenly they fix it…last time there was a computer error nobody caught on their servers…. phone service that works 80% of the…what’s going on with your servers?

    @ATT doesn’t care that their internet sucks as long as their mobile service is good. Guess it’s time to switch to another provider. Sad that AT&T Air just isn’t able to compete with the big dogs. I’ll be making my calls later today for Windstream I guess.
