Really has ruined Clemson football game. Time for @wsoctv engineers to put out a 911. This is unacceptable.

Been requesting ACC Network from @Windstream @Talk2Windstream Kinetic TV in Charlotte, NC, but no response. Told them to drop my Big 10 & SEC channels. Looks like local Spectrum/Comcast provider will carry ACC. May be time to change TV provider & drop Windstream. @AndyHallESPN

Now Windstream landline has gone out which happens now and again with a very hard rain. The Kinetic TV & internet bundled with it still working. Love placing service call for landline service on wife's cell phone. If only our part of Charlotte was serviced by AT&T like the rest.

@hanklee89 @wsoctv @Windstream @Talk2Windstream Thought I had it resolved after system reboot, but now doing it again. WSOC is our "go to" news station, but may have to change. Another example I guess of a government mandated "upgrade" gone awry. This is awful. Help @JoeBrunoWSOC9 @action9. Pay too much for this mess.

Windstream Internet is the worse. I have reoccurring problems with their router. I get told that I have to wait 5 days before I can get a technician to come to my house. I end up having to fix my own problems. Now, when the router goes out, another 5 day wait.
