I either get hung up on or I’m told someone will get back to me, which never happens. Service support is absolutely horrible. Just got off the chat with them again. Zero open tickets. HORRIBLE

Our Windstream is horrible, but they keep saying they don’t have high speed fiber internet in our area, so we have the slow dsl connection. Both our sons can’t even do schoolwork at the same time because the internet won’t handle it. But starlink too expensive.

PatsAGoodGuy (@PatsAGoodGuy) reportedAnother Charleston area AT&T outage update: Windstream NOC reports that contractors are identifying shallow access points for 96 count and 864 count fiber cables. A separate fiber damage between Savannah and Hardeeville has affected only the 96-count cable. With part of the dig crew reassigned to address it. This incident has been escalated to the appropriate level of leadership within Windstream Communications.
