@WOWCare @WOW_WAY What is going on with our node? Our service area in Pinellas Park has had a KNOWN outage since like 6am today. It is currently 10:30. People are losing revenue... Do I need to cancel and get Starlink? Sheesh...

@WOWCare So, any reason at all why our cable decides to shut down and put google chrome screensaver on itself? The last time we tried to fix it, like two weeks ago, we lost our tv guide for 1 1/2 days. and it didn't fix it.

@WOW_WAY has the worst service in 2023. Internet out at least twice per week. When you call to say you and your neighbor are out they say there are no outages. Seriously? #pathetic it’s out again Dearborn Hts MI.
