  @WOWCare This is some straight trash I'm not going to lie I've lived in a lot of places and their Internet's been pretty damn good on speed and not cutting out during storms but how the hell does this take a full 12 hours and looks like going to be obviously more need a deep discount

  @WOWCare I wish your sales rep told me you're using CGNAT before I switched from Xfinity, or I wouldn't have, can't host old games, messes up my VOIP service some, at least offer either static or dynamic ipv4 or ipv6 addresses for residential, may have to go back to Xfinity.

  @WOWCare internet has been down in the Park Circle area of North Charleston, SC since 4am this morning. It's now 5pm, 13 hours it's been down. Your agents can't give us a ETA on when it will be back up? You never can anytime the net goes down. We didn't even get much snow.
