@WOW_WAY @WOWCare not only was the service horrible, but customer support is nonexistent. I’ve made multiple calls starting 3/3 to cancel my account and give back the modem, yet my account is still active and being billed. #WOW_SCAM

@WOWCare This is some straight trash I'm not going to lie I've lived in a lot of places and their Internet's been pretty damn good on speed and not cutting out during storms but how the hell does this take a full 12 hours and looks like going to be obviously more need a deep discount
