    @Michael46236587 @WOWCare They take 4 to 5 hours to acknowledge the issue and will tell you that it's probably your modem, till enough people complain then investigate the issue and take another 4 to 5 hours to fix it. It's a terrible company and customer service is the biggest joke I've ever dealt with.

    @WOWCare @WOW_WAY What is going on with our node? Our service area in Pinellas Park has had a KNOWN outage since like 6am today. It is currently 10:30. People are losing revenue... Do I need to cancel and get Starlink? Sheesh...

    @WOWCare shows no outages on the website in Huntsville, yet internet dow for over 8 hours. When you go to chat, they say they they are aware of outages. Public facing site shows nothing. Been down over 8 hours. Update your website. Nothing on X either.

    Business owners if you are a @WowFiber @WOWCare WOW Business customer - be sure to read your agreements - there is an auto renew that punishes even non-profits - have it removed! Or better yet don't use WOW!

    @WOW_WAY Folks, I cancelled my service 45 days ago. You charged an extra month and have yet to refund it. You say 7-10 business days and it's been much longer. Why has my money not been refunded?
