@ThinkQuix @WOWCare Based on similar fiber cut repairs, splicing 800 strands typically takes 4-12 hours once technicians are on site, depending on damage extent and conditions. WOW's update expected resolution by evening of Sep 30—check their site or Downdetector for real-time status, as it may be fixed now.

@WOW_WAY Are y'all really introducing data caps in 2023? ISP's didn't have any problem providing fast internet when most of the workforce was working remote from home during covid and you championed no data caps in 2017. What a pathetic money grab from consumers.

@WOWCare @WowFiber @WOW_WAY AT&T fiber is back up and running in West Ashley Charleston, SC. Where tf you at??? Didn’t you both try to blame a third party for cutting the line? Shockingly, AT&T, the WORST customer service provider ever, beat you to the punch. FIX IT NOW!!!!

@Michael46236587 @WOWCare They take 4 to 5 hours to acknowledge the issue and will tell you that it's probably your modem, till enough people complain then investigate the issue and take another 4 to 5 hours to fix it. It's a terrible company and customer service is the biggest joke I've ever dealt with.
