Steven Mckee (@LiveWrong1331) reported@Michael46236587 @WOWCare They take 4 to 5 hours to acknowledge the issue and will tell you that it's probably your modem, till enough people complain then investigate the issue and take another 4 to 5 hours to fix it. It's a terrible company and customer service is the biggest joke I've ever dealt with.
