Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷 (@caa1000) reported from Orlando, Florida@thesis_st8mint @VMUcare I don't know if this was already answered, but the transfer of Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile to Dish Network hasn't happened due to a legal challenge in court. Currently the service is provided by Sprint until further notice.

Laura Zielke (@thezwomann) reported@boostmobile - I literally just had the WORST customer service call I've had in DECADES. They will not give me my own account number when I called from the phone that IS registered with the account. How is this legal? @virginmobileusa Is this how they promised to treat us?
-
Michael MoneyMike Arizmendez-Valderaz (@dreamcatchermja) reported@sprintcare No, you'll wait for my State & Federal Civil Lawsuits if you don't get your @boostmobile in check. I didn't sign up for EITHER company w/ my @virginmobileusa 12/5/06 grandfathered acct. So keep on sending emails that you're slowing down my speeds. That's court of law evidence.

Master Jiive (@ninjajiive) reported from North Druid Hills, Georgia@virginmobileusa I reported an outage near me over a month ago and internet is still broken. Halfway through a mewtwo raid (haven’t moved at all) and service drops off and the raid expires before I am able to get service back. St. Bartholomews church in Atlanta GA. So frustrating

Carol Alfonso 🇵🇷😷 #StayAtHome (@caa1000) reported from Poinciana, FloridaRumor has it... Those who backed #DishNetwork when #Sprint merged with #TMobile in favor of building it's own wireless network and would begin serving at least 5 million+ customers using #BoostMobile #VirginMobileUSA #OpenMobile #SprintPrepaid services, are now on hold... 📱📡
-
Eatin's Canada (@eatinscanada) reported@virginmobileusa I've had your "service" for 14 months and never had good reception. After several complaints where I had to lead the technical team to the probable cause being lack of towers, I find that this is correct. HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR TOWERS ARE? 1/2

EmperorGentu (@EmperorGentu) reported@basicbecks Not when but I remember why... I had a huge issue with AT&T and the only way to contact them was through Twitter DMs... Why idk. Well i ended up cancelling with AT&T and went back to @virginmobileusa
