Not sure if the cable is the problem but was told that the battery don't last forever. I have this phone since 2017 by the way. It was a free promo for the now defunct #VirginMobileUSA and now on #BoostMobile.

On #DishNetwork side with no way to support current customers with older phones, wants TMO to replace them or walk away. π±
