  @virginmobileusa - my phone doesn’t always get group text messages from people who don’t have iPhones. My parents have Samsungs and I rarely get their messages. This has been going on for about a year, so it’s not just a turn off fix. I have a new iPhone. Can you help??!

  I’ve told 3 @TELUS employees, after dealing with my internet issue, that I need to move 5 numbers from @virginmobileusa (Canada) to Telus, each time they say that’s not my department and hang up rather than transfer me to someone who will help. Who else can I use in BC? Shaw?

  The Echo modem resetted twice and then resetted manually. No service. Just using the IPhone 7 on @virginmobileusa. @GetSpectrum just failed our Internet connection!
