    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

    @virginmobileusa Dear, Kindly help us with @VirginMobileUAE They do not provide any kind of service.. The chat on the app is closed. Private msgs are dismissed. We have been facing a lot of problems recently with ZERO supprot!

    "Virgin made a disastrous choice in 2017 to market itself as an "iPhone-only" carrier, though, causing massive confusion among its Android-heavy user base and doing a poor job of attracting new iPhone customers." (At least I paid nothing for the IPhone 7 with #VirginMobileUSA!)

    @BoostCare I was forced into being a customer of yours because of the dissolution of @virginmobileusa. Holding customers hostage on devices they own, for attempting to transfer service, is rather rude. Be better.

    @virginmobileusa - my phone doesn’t always get group text messages from people who don’t have iPhones. My parents have Samsungs and I rarely get their messages. This has been going on for about a year, so it’s not just a turn off fix. I have a new iPhone. Can you help??!

    Currently being harassed by @virginmedia over a £1.36 bill over a phone line I cancelled, that I literally cannot pay because they won't let me log in without a phone number, which I dont have, because I cancelled their service. @virginmobileusa anything you can do?

    @VMUcare I tried to top up today off the app and it said I had entered the incorrect pin. Even though Google had remembered it from the last time I topped up. I'm due today and can't be without my phone, please help

    @ATT can join @virginmobileusa in the “worst customer service club”. You can’t even sign up for AT&T if you live in Canada bc the website refuses your zip code & the reps put you on hold for an hour & then hang up...guess I’m gonna try out T-Mobile.

    i've said it once & i'll say it again use ANY other phone provider BUT @virginplus @virginmobileusa , they are crooks and will screw you six ways to sunday . Choose literally ANY OTHER company . Horrible service, Horrible communication , JUST PLAIN BAD.

    @peter_adderton @boostmobile Ridiculous! Boost won't give anything good to loyal customers who's service was with the #Sprint legacy network. All the offers are only for new customers. I can't downgrade their plan to at least $10 and not even a free IPhone like #VirginMobileUSA! Done with Charlie! 📱

    @BoostCare @boostmobile I’ve been a customer since @virginmobileusa days. After calling all around town, had a shop offer to order an IPhone SE 128 to avoid the shipping fees. Now a week later and apparently it was ‘out of stock’ so now I’m paying expedited shipping.#nothappy

    The Echo modem resetted twice and then resetted manually. No service. Just using the IPhone 7 on @virginmobileusa. @GetSpectrum just failed our Internet connection!

    @virginmobileusa I've had your "service" for 14 months and never had good reception. After several complaints where I had to lead the technical team to the probable cause being lack of towers, I find that this is correct. HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR TOWERS ARE? 1/2

    6/6 *Assurance Wireless program with free ltd @virginmobileusa cellular service. She/Thugs use these free phones & free plans to do crime then toss the phones in a large body of water to hide any evidence. Too bad they aren’t H2O proof or ARE they? N Seals or scuba enthusiasts?
